Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Business Analyst in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the OneStream EPM platform. Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Lead requirements gathering sessions with finance, accounting, and operations teams to identify and define business needs related to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
β’ Translate business requirements into functional specifications for OneStream solutions, including consolidations, planning, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
β’ Collaborate with system architects, developers, and consultants to design and implement scalable OneStream solutions
β’ Manage and maintain the OneStream platform, including metadata updates, user security, data integration, workflows, and business rules
β’ Develop and support financial reports and dashboards within OneStream
β’ Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and documentation for end-users and stakeholders
β’ Support monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
β’ Partner with IT and finance teams to continuously improve and automate financial processes using OneStream
β’ Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or identify enhancement opportunities
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
β’ OneStream certification or formal training
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or EPM Analyst, with a strong focus on OneStream
β’ Experience with other EPM platforms (e.g., HFM, Anaplan, SAP BPC) is a plus
β’ Familiarity with finance systems and ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
β’ Deep understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
