Financial Data Analyst

We're assisting a corporate finance team in Menomonee Falls with finding a Financial Data Analyst for a 6-8 month contract opening. This is a hybrid position working three days from home and two days in-office after a couple weeks training period. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree plus some hands-on Excel and business experience. Please apply for immediate consideration. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage inflow of daily departmental requests and respond in a professional and timely manner. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details. • Support process improvement activities aimed at driving request management automation, data consistency, and accuracy. • Develop peer relationships with finance partners to drive consistency in reporting and operational procedures. • Compile reports, analyze data and conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity. • Create scalable solutions for Customer & Vendor Master Data and Sales Programs Operations. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor's degree in related field desired. • At least 3 months of relevant office experience. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with intermediate knowledge of Excel. • Self-motivated. • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
