Position one: Senior Financial Data Specialist
Location: Washington, DC 20024
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Description:
β’ CFO Dashboard (backend build), Procurement Dashboard (pipeline development).
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build and validate SQL queries and views from PeopleSoft Finance and related systems.
β’ Consolidate datasets into Finance datamarts to serve as the single source of truth for reporting.
β’ Fix and optimize existing consolidated views (e.g., Trial Balance, Consolidated Financials).
β’ Design reusable pipelines to support both CFO and Procurement dashboards and futureprojects.
β’ Collaborate with IT and Finance SMEs to validate definitions and ensure accuracy across data sources.
Skills:
β’ Minimum 7-10 years of experience
β’ Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends, variances, and insights which impact budgeting and forecasting.
β’ Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analyses.
β’ Support the development of dashboards and visualizations by preparing clean, structured datasets for use in BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
β’ Leverage predictive analytics and AI tools to support revenue forecasting, cost optimization, risk assessment.
