We are looking for a skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, working fully onsite in office in Aventura, Florida. This role involves handling complex financial data, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to the efficiency of the finance department. Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports to support organizational decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and streamline reporting processes. Utilize advanced Excel skills and financial tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency. Support the finance department in managing commissions, payroll accounting, and related activities. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting. Monitor and evaluate financial performance trends to identify areas for improvement. Work with systems such as NetSuite and other financial platforms to optimize reporting processes. Assist in transitioning and automating financial systems within the department. Maintain a strong focus on detail and accuracy while working under tight deadlines. Proven experience in financial analysis and data interpretation. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial platforms is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of financial markets and reporting standards. Ability to work onsite in Aventura, Florida, Monday through Friday. Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Knowledge of payroll accounting and commission management is a plus. Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
