FS Java API SpringBoot AWS

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Covington, KY that is seeking a FS Java API SpringBoot AWS Developer. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent • 6+ years of software development experience • Hands on experience working in complex architectural designs and technology initiatives • Passion for technology and can stay on top of the newest technology trends • Highly motivated team player with strong communication, and organization skills • Experience working in agile development environment • Hands-on experience in Test Driven Development Required and deep experience implementing solutions using the following technologies: • REST API development leveraging Java, SpringBoot, NodeJS • Containerization technology like Docker (deployed on ECS, EKS) • Working knowledge with Database: PostgreSQL • Repository Management - Github • Support tools like Splunk/Datadog/Kibana Nice to have experience implementing solutions using the following technologies • Application development on Public Cloud - AWS Managed Services, ECS, EC2, EKS, Serverless Framework/Lambda, API Gateway, Step Function, S3, ALB, Route53 • Front/back-end JS framework for Web Development such as Angular, NodeJS, Express • DevOps CI/CD tools like Terraform, Jenkins • Develop/Implement automated test cases using BDD, TDD testing framework (JEST, Cucumber, Mocha, Selenium, Istanbul) • Good understanding of Digital Certificate management • GenAI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, etc. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
