Kforce has a client that is seeking a FS Java, Spring Boot with some .NET experience in Westlake, TX. Duties:
β’ Actively participates in and contributes to formal reviews of architecture, design and code
β’ Publishes clear, concise and thorough design documentation
β’ Provides support for software releases into production environments
β’ Fosters teamwork and collaboration across global development teams, business and systems partners
β’ Collaboration with producer and consumer teams to implement end-to-end solutions in a customer obsessed environment
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related technology discipline
β’ 7+ years of software development experience on business critical, enterprise-wide applications
β’ Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs
β’ Experience in design patterns & principles such as OO, DD, SOA, Microservices, etc.
β’ Experience developing skills in .NET
β’ Strong knowledge of .NET coding practices for mid-tier applications that perform business logic and calculations; Note: This role is not for UI/Front end developers
β’ Expertise in building scalable, server-side enterprise applications, domain logic intensive RESTful APIs
β’ Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
β’ Experience with re-platforming large applications
β’ Expertise in designing, developing and maintaining high-volume transactional systems
β’ Experience in developing cloud neutral applications in AWS and Azure
β’ Experience with Mainframe applications
β’ Experience developing software utilizing OOA, OOD, and OOP principles and design patterns
β’ Experience developing software utilizing relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server or Sybase)
β’ Experience developing software applications with Popular IDEs (Eclipse/IntelliJ)
β’ Experience with GraphQL
β’ Experience with Source Control Systems such as GIT
β’ CICD experience using Azure DevOps and Jenkins
β’ An understanding of Micro-services Architecture and domain driven design patterns
β’ Developing and deploying 12-factor, containerized (Docker, Kubernetes) API's to AWS/Azure
β’ Experience developing software utilizing relational databases
β’ Experience with Test automation for unit, functional and non-functional testing (SOATEST, SOASTA, Cucumber)
β’ Ability to develop technical artifacts based on analysis of business and systems requirements
β’ Aptitude to discover/document implementations from legacy systems, C++, Java. .NET, as part of re- platform
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
