About CuraFi: At CuraFi, we develop advanced software solutions that facilitate the management of specialty drugs and improve the healthcare journey for patients with complex conditions. Our platform assists healthcare providers and payers by offering tools that provide insights into drug cost management, risk analysis and provider enablement. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evolving our products and driving significant impact in the healthcare sector. Technical Skillset Required: React 16.8+ (React hooks): Proficient in building responsive and intuitive user interfaces. Python: Advanced skills in Python for robust backend development. Web Frameworks: Experience with Flask or comparable frameworks. SQL (MySQL): Strong ability to perform complex database queries and manage data effectively. AI/ML: Previous experience integrating third party LLM APIs into systems including but not limited to OpenAI, Groq, Claude, Perplexity Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end interfaces and backend services with AI capabilities. Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrate AI services such as LLMs, embeddings, and document parsing tools. Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to enhance product features and user experience. Implement machine learning pipelines and real-time decision support tools that integrate into provider workflows. Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and debugging. Proactively solve technical issues and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into our operations where beneficial. Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed to support implementation, training, or ongoing collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience applying LLMs or generative AI to solve real-world problems (e.g., summarization, RAG, document automation). Skills in prompt engineering, embedding models, or working with vector databases. Strong skills in data manipulation and API development. Experience in or knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in managing healthcare data. Proficiency in deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku. Willingness to travel nationwide (~10%) to meet clients and support deployments Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Willingness to engage deeply with complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. Enthusiastic about hands-on involvement and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic environment. Experience: At least 5 years in software development, with significant exposure to full-stack projects and 1–2 years working on AI/ML-related applications or projects.
