Right now, our biggest product needs are: • Optimizing current Agentic RAG systems & Agentic Research Feature development • Optimizing SaaS checkout flows for higher conversions If you’re experienced in these areas and excited to work with a fast-moving SaaS team, we’d love to hear from you. Role Overview You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining our SaaS applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack—from frontend styling to backend integrations—and has hands-on experience deploying in a modern cloud environment. Responsibilities Application Development • Build and maintain features in Next.js applications. • Implement UI/UX designs using TailwindCSS. • Ensure responsive and accessible front-end experiences. Database & Backend • Manage and optimize NeonDB (Postgres) databases. • Create and maintain efficient queries and schemas. • Implement server-side logic and API connections. Integrations -Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs, including: • Supadata • Planning Center • Pushpay • OpenAI • Stripe (billing & payments) • Clerk (authentication & user management) • Better Auth Deployment & DevOps • Handle deployments via Vercel. • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across environments. AI / Advanced Features • Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic RAG systems. • Develop Agentic features that support autonomous workflows. • Collaborate on AI-driven features that improve research, automation, and user experience. Product Optimization • Analyze and improve SaaS checkout flows for conversion optimization. • Ensure a smooth user onboarding experience and minimal drop-off. Requirements • Strong proficiency in Next.js and React. • Skilled in TailwindCSS for frontend styling. • Experience working with Postgres databases (preferably NeonDB). • Familiarity with Vercel deployment pipelines. • Proven ability to integrate with third-party APIs. • Experience with Stripe (payments), Clerk/BetterAuth (authentication), and SaaS subscription models. • Hands-on experience with RAG or Agentic RAG implementations. • Knowledge of SaaS product architecture and best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience in church-tech, non-profit SaaS, or similar industries. • Prior work with Supadata, Planning Center, or Pushpay APIs. • Understanding of AI integrations (OpenAI, Agentic frameworks) in production apps. • Familiarity with agile, sprint-based project workflows.
