Full Stack Developer (AML)
β’ Location: Remote (quarterly travel will be required). Candidates are required to do all work within the continental United States.
β’ Work Authorizations: To be considered, candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the US without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time, we can only accept the following work authorizations ONLY: US Citizens, GC EAD, GC Holders.
β’ Employment Type: Full time 40 hours/ week- W2 Contract (NO C2C arrangements)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platforms and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices to support the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Required Qualifications
β’ AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Expertise: Experience with AML tools such as LexisNexis Bridger (for sanctions screening), NICE Actimize (For transaction monitoring), or similar AML platforms is REQUIRED.
β’ Software Engineering: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Software engineering (excluding internships).
β’ Cloud Experience: at least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also acceptable).
β’ Programming Languages: 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScirpt, Java, Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, or Scala.
β’ Databases: Experience wiht open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
β’ Containers & Orchestration: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Modern Frameworks: Experience designing and building applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js) on the frontend, and Node.js or Python (Django/ Fast API) on the backend.
β’ DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines an dmanaging deployments across multiple environments.
β’ Security & Performance: Understanding of web security best practices, optimization, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Python, Angular, or API development.
β’ 3+ years experience with AWS (or equivalent experience with GCP or Azure)
β’ 4+ years of experience working with open-source frameworks.
β’ 1+year of experience in people or team management
β’ 2+ years working in an Agile environment.
