Job Description: Overview: In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between technology and a specific business or functional area. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying business solutions, defining business requirements, creating application and process specifications, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring that tasks are prioritized based on business value and aligned with overall business and technical strategies. You may also contribute to writing technical materials and documentation. Required Skills: - Demonstrated logical reasoning and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences. - Ability to convert complex requirements into actionable solutions and write detailed specifications. - Solid understanding of data, database design, and proficiency in SQL. - Capability to articulate system, technical, and data dependencies. Desired Skills: - Experience with ServiceNow. - Familiarity with DST/SS&C, recordkeeping, and/or AWD. - Experience with dashboard tools such as QlikSense, MicroStrategy, or Tableau. - Background in agile software development. - Knowledge or experience in writing requirements for cloud technologies and/or data and services integrations.
