Role description
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Functional Technical Consultant to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington.
Duties:
β’ Lead analysis of manual legal and compliance business processes and identify cost-effective automated solutions
β’ Build dashboards, workflows, and reporting using Jira, Clarity, FIT, Rally, and Power Platform or other scalable solutions
β’ Design scalable processes aligned to Agile and product-centric lifecycles
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets business, technical, and compliance needs
β’ Provide executive-ready dashboards and program reporting
β’ Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices and tool adoption
Desired Skills/Experience:
β’ Proven expertise in Agile delivery and product-centric methodologies
β’ Strong skills in business intelligence, data visualization, and storytelling in Power BI or similar
β’ Experience designing process automation, workflows, and scalable process maps
β’ Proficiency with enterprise systems and tooling such as: Jira, Clarity, FIT, Rally, Power Platform
β’ Ability to develop and deliver automated dashboards and reporting solutions
β’ Skilled in executive communication, including KPI, KRI, and delivery status reporting
β’ Knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations in delivery environments
β’ Experience creating change management, adoption, and team enablement materials
β’ Strong vendor and partner coordination skills to ensure alignment and delivery success
β’ Systems thinking mindset with the ability to connect processes, tools, and outcomes
