Functional Technical Consultant

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Functional Technical Consultant to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington. Duties: • Lead analysis of manual legal and compliance business processes and identify cost-effective automated solutions • Build dashboards, workflows, and reporting using Jira, Clarity, FIT, Rally, and Power Platform or other scalable solutions • Design scalable processes aligned to Agile and product-centric lifecycles • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets business, technical, and compliance needs • Provide executive-ready dashboards and program reporting • Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices and tool adoption Desired Skills/Experience: • Proven expertise in Agile delivery and product-centric methodologies • Strong skills in business intelligence, data visualization, and storytelling in Power BI or similar • Experience designing process automation, workflows, and scalable process maps • Proficiency with enterprise systems and tooling such as: Jira, Clarity, FIT, Rally, Power Platform • Ability to develop and deliver automated dashboards and reporting solutions • Skilled in executive communication, including KPI, KRI, and delivery status reporting • Knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations in delivery environments • Experience creating change management, adoption, and team enablement materials • Strong vendor and partner coordination skills to ensure alignment and delivery success • Systems thinking mindset with the ability to connect processes, tools, and outcomes Benefits: • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans • Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) • 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
