Gateway Mission Design Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gateway Mission Design Engineer to join our JETS II contract team at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. If Selected You Will • Support state-of-the-art research in cislunar astrodynamics and spacecraft mission design for multi-vehicle architecture • Generate strategies for operating in cislunar space for a range of vehicle capabilities • Develop, integrate, and test new algorithms for evaluation of vehicle and mission performance • Provide software development and scripting in orbit analysis software tools, such as FreeFlyer, Monte, or GMAT • Develop requirements verification documentation for mission design products • Provide recommendations for improvements in software/data products • Perform other duties as required Qualifications This position has been posted at multiple levels.
