Job Description
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and IAM.
• Familiarity with call center data, systems and KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT, and agent performance metrics.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including call center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, NICE), CRM systems, and customer feedback tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications:
• GCP Professional Data Engineer Certification.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience with Google CCAI (Contact Center AI) and Customer Effort Score (CES) analytics.
• Background in telecom or customer service analytics projects.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
