About the Role ClarksTech LLC is seeking 4 highly skilled GenAI Engineers for a client team based in Whippany, NJ. This role requires hands-on expertise across Python, data structures, machine learning, MLOps, and modern AI agent frameworks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a hybrid work model and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize Python-based applications leveraging GenAI capabilities. Apply data structures, algorithms, and machine learning concepts to design scalable AI solutions. Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring. Work with LangChain (chains, tools, memory, agents) to build robust AI-driven workflows. Build and manage multi-agent systems using CrewAI for task delegation and collaboration. Utilize MCP (Multi-Agent Control Plane) for agent orchestration. Design and integrate with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for efficient information retrieval. Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and local models) into enterprise solutions. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve model outputs. Apply Prompt Engineering and Context Management best practices to ensure accuracy and reliability. Work on MCP Server-based deployments to support scalable multi-agent operations. Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Python programming. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ML concepts. Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and pipelines. Prior experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks. Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models). Working knowledge of RAG techniques. Strong grasp of prompt engineering and context management. Ability to work in hybrid mode (on-site presence in Whippany, NJ, as required).
