Job Title: GEN AI Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite from Day 1) Must Have • AI/ML models using frameworks like ChromaDB, PyTorch, Jira, OpenAI, Lanchain, Streamlit Experience: • Experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development. • Technical Skills Lead the development and integration of GenAI solutions across various platforms. • Implement AI/ML models using frameworks like ChromaDB, PyTorch, Jira, OpenAI, Lanchain, Streamlit, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. • Deploy and monitor LLMs and generative models in production environments. • Ensure compliance with cloud security and data governance standards. • Stay current with GenAI trends and incorporate best practices into development workflows • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS), especially AWS OpenAI and Cognitive Services. • Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP/NLU, and generative model evaluation. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, modular software design, and testing. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Good to Have Skills and Experience in the Telecom sector • Excellent oral and written communication • Strong skills in managing escalation and client expectations as part of delivery • SRE skillset in handling UI/Infra • Be ableto analyze and provide gap analysis • Has L2 Support project experience Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML) is a plus.
