Generative AI Developer Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using frameworks like OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop scalable GenAI solutions. Build and integrate AI agents, copilots, and chatbots using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude). Fine-tune pre-trained models using proprietary banking datasets. Build secure API integrations and model interfaces. Work with Azure or AWS cloud environments to deploy models at scale. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards around AI usage in finance. Required Qualifications:- 10 + years of software development experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based applications. Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers library. Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, Vertex AI, or similar platforms. Knowledge of MLOps, prompt engineering, and embedding techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Strong understanding of data privacy and model governance.
