Job Title: GenAI Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Roles And Responsibilities
Enhance AI policies using H2O Driverless AI (AutoML) to generate 1,200+ compliance features, aligning with OCC guidelines (e.g., Treasury Directive 85-10) Conduct AI/ML risk assessments, security evaluations, and regulatory compliance reviews. Engage with OCC stakeholders to ensure AI-driven processes align with financial oversight objectives. Implement AI workflows with Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and Kubernetes, integrating with legacy systems (Java/.NET) via MLOps pipelines (Git, Jenkins) Optimize and fine-tune generative AI models for financial regulatory applications. Monitor and resolve AI issues with Dynatrace/AppDynamics, targeting <500ms latency and 99.95% uptime across 135+ applications. Evaluate existing AI tools, decommission outdated models, and recommend new AI solutions. Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient AI deployments that align with OCC's financial regulations. Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, LLaMA) for financial risk analysis and fraud detection, achieving > 80% response relevancy via Azure ML and RLHF. Build and optimize Text-to-Text and Image-to-Text models with H2O Document AI (OCR/NLP) and TensorFlow, processing 5,000+ regulatory documents. Continuously evaluate and enhance AI-generated responses for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Develop and maintain technical documentation, AI operational handbooks, and best practices.
