GenAI Software Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid Onsite Required)
Long-term contract
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Software Engineer to join our team.
What You'll Do
• Build hands-on GenAI prototypes, MVPs, starter code, and SDKs for internal engineering teams.
• Use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI dev assistants.
• Lead workshops, technical sessions, and demos to teach teams how to use GenAI tools effectively.
• Meet with engineering managers to understand use cases and recommend solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical blockers and guide teams in adopting AI-driven development patterns.
• Research and evaluate new GenAI tools, prompting methods, and agent-based workflows.
Required Experience
• 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with GenAI developer tools (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.).
• Proven prompt engineering skills and ability to explain prompt strategies clearly.
• Experience with MCP or agentic workflows
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Java, Node.js, .NET, etc.).
• Cloud experience preferred (AWS).
• Comfortable speaking with engineering teams and presenting technical concepts.
Nice to Have
• Background with legacy systems (mainframe, SAP).
• Experience in platform engineering, AI tooling, or internal engineering support roles.
• Side projects or personal experimentation with LLMs or GenAI tools.
