GenAI Python Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in Generative AI, LLM platforms, and Python to build and scale production-grade AI systems. You will work on AI orchestration, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native services using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel. This role is highly hands-on and will partner closely with Principal Engineers and Architects in a multi-cloud environment (Azure, GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift). Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, production-grade Generative AI applications using Python Build LLM pipelines, RAG systems, and AI agent workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and similar frameworks Translate architecture into detailed technical designs and cloud-native services Develop and deploy services on Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and OpenShift Own service reliability, performance, monitoring, and incident response Implement best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, testing, and DevOps Collaborate with cross-functional teams including platform, data, and product engineering Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of software engineering experience building production systems Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks Expert-level Python (APIs, async systems, web frameworks, data/ML libraries) Cloud experience with Azure and/or GCP; containerization with Kubernetes or OpenShift Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, observability, monitoring, and scalable microservices Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and agile development Pay: Up to $156,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
