Role description
SYSTEMTEC is seeking an HRIS Analyst for an onsite opportunity in the Columbia, SC area. The candidate will support and enhance enterprise Human Resources systems by analyzing business processes, optimizing SAP-based workflows, and ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency across HR platforms.
Required Qualifications of theHRIS Analyst:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
5+ years of experience assessing, mapping, documenting, and optimizing business and system processes using structured tools and process improvement methodologies.
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
3+ years of experience working with State HR and Payroll operations, including knowledge of regulatory and data privacy standards such as HIPAA, FLSA, and related compliance frameworks.
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and detailed technical documentation.
3+ years of experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations within SAP and/or Power BI environments.
5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) as well as collaboration platforms including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:
Analyze HR workflows and system functionality to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and optimize SAP-based solutions.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and production implementations to ensure seamless deployments.
Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, technical documentation, and training materials to support end users.
Generate compliance and audit reports, maintain data accuracy across platforms, and support dashboard development for leadership insights.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs while supporting security and regulatory requirements.
Work Location: Fully onsite in the Columbia, SC area
