Generative AI Developer

Position: Generative AI Developer Compensation: $50 - $80 /hour, depending on experience Location: Full Remote Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Generative AI Developer to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI projects. The role involves developing and deploying conversational agents, automating workflows, and integrating AI solutions into existing systems. This position is open due to a new team addition and offers a chance to contribute to significant AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Design and deploy conversational agents using Copilot Studio • Automate workflows using Power Automate • Integrate solutions using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions • Collaborate with team members on AI projects • Optimize agent performance with monitoring tools • Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable Required Qualifications & Experience: • Proficiency in Copilot Studio • Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • 2+ years of experience in Generative AI • Understanding of multi-agent design Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Experience with Python and REST APIs • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Exposure to GitHub Copilot, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel • Experience with Responsible AI practices Perks & Benefits: • 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance • Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance • Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay • Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: • Collaborative team culture • Interview process includes an two interview rounds • Work alongside RPA developers on innovative projects If you are interested in learning more about the Generative AI Developer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
