About the Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering (Nice to Have) and deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI frameworks, and agent-based deployments. This role requires a unique combination of domain knowledge and technical expertise to design and implement AI-driven solutions that can support complex decision-making and innovation in a chemical engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying scalable AI models and frameworks, integrating them into existing business workflows, and ensuring reliable, high-performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions with a focus on LLMs and agent-based frameworks for business and engineering applications.
β’ Integrate AI solutions into services and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams using cutting-edge frameworks and tools.
β’ Conduct applied research to remain at the forefront of LLM, NLP, and AI advancements, with emphasis on applications in chemical engineering and related fields.
β’ Deploy and manage AI agents that operate dynamically in diverse environments to optimize decision-making processes.
β’ Evaluate and refine AI solutions, continuously enhancing accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
β’ Document AI architectures, processes, and frameworks to support team knowledge sharing and best practices.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Chemical Engineering (Big Plus / Not Mandatory).
β’ 4+ years of experience applying AI to real-world technology solutions.
β’ Hands-on expertise with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and TensorFlow.
β’ Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
β’ Proven track record as an AI Engineer with specialization in LLMs and AI frameworks.
β’ Experience with Langchain, Autogen, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI GPT and other modern AI libraries.
β’ Solid understanding of agent-based modeling and deployment strategies.
β’ Practical experience in prompt engineering for LLM optimization.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
β’ Strong knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented/functional design principles, and best practices.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
