Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer with:
A passion for staying at the forefront of emerging technologies, with an ability to quickly grasp complex scientific literature and thoughtfully implement innovative techniques in real-world applications.
Deep enthusiasm for agentic AI and demonstrated expertise in applying it creatively and effectively across diverse domains.
Extensive technical breadth spanning frontend and backend development, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI solutions.
Proven experience designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and maintaining sophisticated AI-driven systems at scale.
What You'll Do:
In the coming months, you'll help us leverage transformative AI technologies to revolutionize client service, enhance vendor relationships, streamline interactions with the legal system, and optimize our daily business operations. By embracing AI-driven innovation, we aim to set a new standard for efficiency, responsiveness, and excellence in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect AI Solutions: Design scalable, modular architectures for LLM-based agents and Gen AI applications.
• Hands-On Development: Develop and fine-tune generative AI models using tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RAG-based systems.
• Cloud Deployment & MLOps: Implement best practices for model deployment on Azure/Google Cloud Platform, including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals for measurable outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful AI integration into enterprise systems.
• Responsible AI Practices: Enforce ethical AI usage, data privacy, and model fairness across implementations.
• Model Evaluation: Monitor model performance, optimize pipelines, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience designing & deploying AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Strong background in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in RAG, vector databases, and LangChain.
• Skilled in cloud AI services (Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud Platform AI), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in API development, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools like AG2, CrewAI, AutoGPT.
• Experience with multimodal AI models (text, image, video, audio).
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and explainability.
• Advanced degree (Master s or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
