Role: Gen AI Lead Location: Hartford, CT Responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Prompt Engineering and AWS Bedrock to optimize business processes. • Oversee the integration of Langchain and NLP technologies to enhance data processing capabilities. • Provide expertise in Generative AI to develop innovative applications that meet business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Machine Learning models. • Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes. • Develop and maintain scalable Python applications to support AI and Machine Learning initiatives. • Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation. • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI and Machine Learning. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies to continuously improve solutions. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Optimize existing AI models to improve performance and reduce computational costs. • Document all processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. • Contribute to the companys mission by developing AI solutions that have a positive impact on society. Qualifications: • Possess strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, AWS Bedrock, and Langchain. • Demonstrate proficiency in NLP, Generative AI, and Machine Learning techniques. • Have extensive experience in Python programming for AI applications. • Experience in F&A domain is a plus. • Ability to work in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
