Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Architect to support our client's Unified Communication and Collaboration team. The role involves developing and enhancing IVR flows, chatbots, and reporting systems, while also providing consultation on requirements, design, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and optimize IVR interaction flows using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
β’ Design and implement chatbot experiences, ensuring seamless user engagement.
β’ Enhance Genesys Cloud CX functionalities across voice and digital channels.
β’ Collaborate on improving reporting and analytics tied to contact center operations.
β’ Consult on requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment planning.
β’ Migrate Architect flows between DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
β’ Integrate REST APIs using Genesys Data Actions for real-time services.

Mandatory Requirements:
β’ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in contact center operations or equivalent domain expertise.
π§ Technical Skills Required:
β’ Proficient in Genesys Architect flow development for Voice, Digital Messaging (Web/SMS), IVR, and ACD routing.
β’ Experience with voice/digital bots leveraging speech recognition and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
β’ Strong in IVR application development: dynamic/data actions, menus, DTMF/speech, text-to-speech, and audio prompts.
β’ Skilled in REST API integration using Genesys Data Actions (JSON-based services).
β’ Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (API tokens, OAuth).
β’ Experience with Genesys SMS and Email flow configuration.
β’ Sound knowledge of chatbot design best practices, flow troubleshooting, and maintenance.
β’ Experience with 3rd-party modules, such as Google Dialogflow.
π Desirable Qualifications:
β’ Multi-channel Genesys Cloud CX development experience (IVR, Chatbot, SMS, Email, Chat, Voice).
β’ Familiarity with Genesys Workforce Optimization (WFO) tools and practices.
β’ Understanding of Avaya Aura Unified Communications systems is a plus.
