Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Genesys Developer to join their team. As a Genesys Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Contact Center Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Genesys Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite) Pay Range: Competitive based on experience What's the Job? • Develop and implement Genesys contact center solutions both on-premise and in the cloud. • Configure and troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components. • Integrate Genesys with third-party applications and systems. • Utilize Genesys cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools to build integrations and extensions. • Coordinate with other technology partners, including Avaya and network vendors. What's Needed? • 3+ years of development and implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions. • Strong experience with Genesys Framework including IVR development, scripting, routing strategy, and reporting. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript. • Experience with Genesys products including PureCloud, PureEngage, and PureConnect. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related processes.
