Genesys Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Genesys Developer to join our team in Lansing, MI. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence 2 days per week. Local candidates are preferred, but non-local candidates willing to relocate at their own expense will be considered. There is no fully remote option. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Genesys administration, routing strategies, APIs, and integrations, along with expertise in Java, JavaScript, and Oracle databases. Top Skills & Experience Required • 3–5+ years overall Genesys administration/IWD support experience • 3–5+ years Java – building/maintaining routing strategies, APIs, integration components in a Genesys environment • 3–5+ years JavaScript – web services, APIs, and Genesys Workspace customizations • 3–5+ years Oracle Database – SQL queries, stored procedures, configuration/reporting data analysis from Genesys DBs Required Skills • Strong Genesys administration and support background • Hands-on development with Java & JavaScript for Genesys environments • Proficiency with Oracle database queries, stored procedures, and reporting • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize Genesys configurations
