Title: Genesys\_Senior Developer/Functional Consultant Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite) Position: Contract Job Description: • Genesys Senior DEV JD • Minimum 5 to 9 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service IVR and OmniChannel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX • Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and NonVoice ChatSMS Email Bot etc applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect • Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda Lex Polly Workday and CRM Dynamics etc • The ideal candidate will possess a strong and well-established record of accomplishment in delivering customer interaction solutions across various interaction channels IVR web MessageChat SMS social media • Genesys Agent Copilot and Genesys AI features • Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework Integration with internal and external components • Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies • Deep knowledge of multiple Self Service and speech recognition vendors offerings strengths and weaknesses including hands-on experience with products from leading vendors such as Amazon Genesys and • Nuance • Knowledge of WFM Reporting and Analytics using Genesys developer API • Experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms • Candidate must be a Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area Inbound Outbound multichannel Recording Reporting etc • Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual and global environment
