What You’ll Drive • Evaluate development ecosystems and define high-impact Copilot adoption pathways • Lead quarterly Copilot deployments and oversee custom agent build cycles • Architect implementation strategies across legacy environments • Align engineering, architecture, and leadership stakeholders around rollout plans • Define measurable KPIs to track adoption effectiveness • Design and scale training initiatives to accelerate enterprise usage Expertise You’ll Leverage in This Role • 8+ years of technical leadership experience • Deep hands-on expertise in Java, .NET, and C/C++ enterprise systems • Demonstrated GitHub Copilot rollout and custom agent implementation experience • Strong program ownership across cross-functional teams • 7+ years applying Generative AI within business environments How Work Happens • High-accountability, outcome-driven environment • Direct collaboration between engineering and executive stakeholders • Clear performance metrics tied to AI adoption impact • Focus on modernizing development workflows inside established enterprise system Contract Duration: 6 Months Total Positions: 1 Relocation Assistance: No Visa Sponsorship: No Experience Level: Mid-Senior (7+ years) Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $50–$55/hour (~$2,000–$2,200/week) Qualified candidates will be contacted for an initial screening discussion before submission to the client.
