Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a Global People Analytics Manager. This role delivers insights, dashboards, and reporting to support HR and business decisions across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build and deliver HR dashboards and reports (attrition, DEI, hiring, etc.)
β’ Translate data into clear, actionable insights
β’ Streamline analytics processes and tools (Workday, Power BI, Visier)
β’ Ensure data accuracy and governance
β’ Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to align on workforce metrics
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, HR, or related field
β’ 8+ yearsof experience in HR analytics
β’ 5+ years of experience with Workday
β’ 2+ years of experience with Power BI
β’ Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
