Role description
Company Description
ExamNote AI is revolutionizing pediatric care by alleviating the administrative burden of clinical documentation. Powered by Google's advanced Gemini AI, the platform captures and processes clinical encounters in real time, producing accurate SOAP notes complete with suggested ICD-10 and CPT codes. Purpose-built for the complexities of pediatric medicine, ExamNote AI delivers over 95% accuracy, allowing providers to spend less time on charts and more time with their patients and families. Pediatricians using ExamNote AI save significant documentation time, reduce burnout, and improve their focus on exceptional patient care.
Role Description
This is a 1099 independent contractor, on-call role supporting the ExamNote AI platform remotely. The engineer will be engaged on a per-incident basis to troubleshoot and maintain our Google Cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include responding to infrastructure incidents within agreed SLA windows, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud systems, resolving platform issues, and coordinating with the engineering team to diagnose and document root causes.
This is not a salaried or benefits-eligible position. The contractor sets their own schedule outside of on-call response obligations and is compensated at $75/hour for active incident time. Engagement volume will vary based on platform needs.
The right candidate is an independent, experienced GCP engineer who can operate with minimal handholding — assess the situation, resolve it, and document it cleanly.
rk closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless performance and innovative solutions.
