Role description
Insight Global are looking for an experienced Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in Google CCAI and DialogFlow CX to join a leading multi-media client based in Osterley, London on a 12-month contract. You’ll be responsible for building AI-powered voice bots, developing GenAI-driven conversational solutions, and integrating these with backend systems via APIs. This is a hands-on role within a SAFE Agile team, working on new implementations and helping shape the client’s conversational AI strategy. Key Responsibilities β€’ Build and deploy Google DialogFlow CX voice bots to enhance customer experience β€’ Use Google CCAI and GenAI technologies to create natural, intelligent conversational flows β€’ Integrate voice bots with backend systems using APIs and GraphQL β€’ Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions β€’ Work within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, focused on DialogFlow CX and AI capabilities Must-Haves: β€’ Strong hands-on experience with Google DialogFlow CX and CCAI β€’ Proven track record building voice bots and GenAI-powered solutions β€’ Experience with API integrations; GraphQL knowledge preferred β€’ Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Plusses: β€’ Experience working on customer experience platforms β€’ Broader exposure to Google Cloud Platform and AI tools
