Job Description: Google Dialogflow Lead with AI Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow. Architect and build complex conversational flows, intent recognition, and entity extraction models. Integrate Dialogflow with various backend systems and APIs to create seamless user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Stay current with the latest advancements in conversational AI and machine learning to drive continuous improvement. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for Dialogflow development. Oversee the entire lifecycle of conversational AI projects, from ideation to production and maintenance. Required Skills and Qualifications 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on conversational AI technologies. Extensive experience with Google Dialogflow, including Dialogflow ES and Dialogflow CX. Proven ability to design and implement complex conversational flows and natural language understanding (NLU) models. Solid programming skills in languages such as Python or Node.js. Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and backend integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other conversational AI platforms like Amazon Lex or Microsoft Bot Framework. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in conversational AI. Familiarity with contact center technologies and platforms. Job Type: Contract Pay: $55.98 - $85.42 per hour Work Location: Remote
