Key ResponsibilitiesModel Development & Deployment
Research, develop, and optimize AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Partner with engineering teams to deploy models in scalable, production environments using robust MLOps practices.
Ensure model performance, reliability, and efficiency in real-time and high-demand settings.
Data Science & Analytics
Design experiments and statistical models to provide real-time and post-event insights for fans, broadcasters, and editorial teams.
Analyze structured and unstructured data, such as match statistics, social media sentiment, historical records, and broadcast metadata.
Develop KPIs and metrics to support data-driven storytelling and enhance fan experiences.
Fan Experience Innovation
Collaborate with digital and product teams to build interactive features, including real-time performance insights, fantasy sports optimizations, and personalized fan experiences.
Contribute to AI-powered dashboards and assistants that empower editorial and broadcast teams to highlight compelling storylines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and digital strategists to transform AI outputs into intuitive, fan-facing solutions.
Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating business impact and value.
Required Skills/EducationEducation & Experience
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Technical Skills
Expertise in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
Proficiency with large language models (LLMs), RAG, generative AI, or natural language processing (NLP).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud), MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with time-series analysis, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling.
Domain & Soft Skills
Passion for sports, entertainment, or fan engagement, with an understanding of what drives audience connection.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, event-driven environments with seasonal peaks.
