• Experience working within the construction, design, facilities management, or asset management sectors.
• Proven experience delivering or implementing Government Soft Landings / BSRIA Soft Landings on projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong understanding of information management and the information lifecycle within the built en-vironment.
• Experience working with asset, project, or building data across design, construction, and operation-al phases.
• Ability to analyse data from multiple systems and sources, interpret findings, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Strong skills in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and/or Pow-er BI for reporting and data visualisation.
• Ability to communicate data led insights clearly through dashboards, reports, and summaries for non technical stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or managing assurance processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Desirable Skills & Experience
• Experience using BIM and information management platforms (e.g. Autodesk BIM 360, SharePoint, Viewpoint, Glider BIM).
• Knowledge of asset management systems, CAFM systems, or property data platforms.
• Understanding of sustainability, environmental, social, security, and economic performance out-comes of post occupancy evaluations
• Knowledge of Post Occupancy Evaluation methodologies.
• Experience in process improvement, documentation, and governance.
