Role description
The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with Monster Energy Europe Limited to recruit a Planning Analyst for their EMEA Operations Planning Team! The Planning Analyst is a key part of the EMEA Operations Planning team, supporting Demand and Supply Planning across daily, weekly, and S&OP cycles. This role combines strong analytical skills with planning expertise to deliver insights, improve decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across data, systems, and processes. The Role: • Support Demand and Supply Planning across multiple time horizons • Analyse demand, supply, and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities • Provide insights to support scenario planning and business decisions • Extract, transform, and analyse data using SAP, Excel, Analysis for Office, and Power BI • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI • Deliver accurate, actionable reporting and ad-hoc analysis • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities • Maintain planning master data and resolve data quality issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, analytics, and systems About You: • Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex formulas) and strong Power BI (data modelling, DAX) skills • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into meaningful insights • Experience working in cross-functional, international teams • Experience building reports and working with large datasets • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment • Experience with SAP or similar planning tools is desirable Why Join Monster? • Join a globally recognised, category-leading brand • Be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Work across international markets and teams • Real ownership, real impact, real pace The Advocate Group is the exclusive talent partner for Monster Energy.
