Graph Data Engineer (Neo4j/Python/Graph Algorithms) – Hybrid (London – 2/3 days onsite per week) – (£500-600/DAY OUTSIDE IR35)
We are currently supporting a cutting-edge AI software company building advanced graph-based reasoning infrastructure for enterprise environments across highly regulated sectors.
They’re looking for a Graph Data Engineer to join on a subcontractor basis, helping design and scale complex knowledge graph systems powering next-generation AI/LLM workflows.
Tech Stack:

• Python/FastAPI
• Graph Algorithms
• GraphRAG
• RDF/SPARQL
• NetworkX/GraphBLAS
• GCP/AWS
• DuckDB/FalkorDB
Key Experience:
• Large-scale graph construction & ingestion
• Graph traversal & query optimisation
• Knowledge graph architecture
• Graph algorithms (PageRank, Louvain, Centrality etc.)
• Auditability & reasoning traceability
• Production-grade Python engineering
• Complex enterprise data environments
Bonus Experience:
• KG embeddings / PyKEEN
• NER & relation extraction
• Datalog / recursive query semantics
• Regulated industries (Finance, Pharma, Defence)
Hybrid/Remote – preference for London-based engineers
6-month initial contract with high likelihood of extension
