About this role
We’re looking for a technically strong and customer-obsessed GTM Engineer – AI Solutions to help bring cutting-edge AI products to market. In this hybrid role, you'll act as a technical bridge between project, sales, operations, and marketing teams—translating complex AI capabilities into real-world value for customers and partners.
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving product adoption by enabling internal teams, crafting compelling technical assets, and engaging directly with customers and prospects across the AI lifecycle—from proof of concept to scaling in production.
This role will oversee the integration of AI-driven technologies, optimising business operations and enhancing productivity at scale through workflow automations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute our AI automation roadmap, aligning with impact goals and business growth.
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities and champion cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
Technology and Innovation:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI-powered automation systems and workflow platforms.
• Oversee the integration of AI models into business workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and automation, evaluating their potential value to the business.
Process Optimisation:
• Collaborate with functional leaders to map current workflows and identify areas for intelligent automation.
• Develop standardised frameworks for process assessment, automation implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Onboarding & Success: Provide hands-on support during onboarding and early implementation phases—particularly where AI integration or fine-tuning is required.
• Feedback Loop to Product: Act as the voice of the customer and field, surfacing technical blockers, use case insights, and performance feedback to influence roadmap and UX.
• Internal Enablement: Train go-to-market teams on how to position, explain, and demo AI/ML features effectively.
• Content & Collateral Development: Create and maintain technical resources, including architecture diagrams, how-to guides, notebooks, tutorials, and API documentation.
What are we looking for?
• 3–5+ years of experience in a technical role (Solutions Engineer, ML Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar), ideally within the AI/ML ecosystem.
• Experience with AI Agents, N8N and other AI Technologies
• Ability to build and manage agentic workflows including a working knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols
• Skills in technology roles, with a focus on AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience in a Digital/Technical business
• Proven experience in deploying business level AI and RPA solutions
• Experience working with AI/ML platforms, APIs, and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API).
• Comfortable working with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), Python, and tools like Jupyter, Docker, or FastAPI.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex AI concepts for business and technical audiences alike.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bonus: Experience deploying or integrating AI models in production environments.
Why This Role Matters:
You’ll play a vital role in translating the promise of AI into real-world outcomes for us and our customers.
