Contract Details • can be located anywhere in US, Remote. • W2 only • 1-year long contract • full 40hrs a week Job Summary: This contractor position offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence across the entire Go-to-Market organization. You will serve as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and customer success leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth and efficiency. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will optimize critical processes, enhance system capabilities, and deliver the analytical foundation that empowers teams to make informed decisions. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, technical proficiency, and collaborative problem-solving to support scaling efforts and drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities: - Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support GTM teams and leadership decision-making - Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, etc.) to optimize GTM processes, tools, and systems - Support territory planning, quota setting, lead routing, and pipeline management efforts - Manage data hygiene, enrichment, and integrity across GTM systems - Contribute to project-based initiatives such as new tool implementations, process redesigns, and go-to-market launches - Assist in documenting processes, training materials, and best practices - Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives and business reviews Skills: - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities - Cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management - Process optimization and continuous improvement mindset - Data visualization and storytelling capabilities - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Eperience: - 6+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role - Demonstrated experience managing and improving business processes across GTM teams - Proficiency in CRM and GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Gainsight - Experience in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology companies (preferred) - Experience supporting territory management, quota assignments, and sales compensation (preferred) - Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms or GTM planning tools (preferred) Qualifications: - Comfortable working as a contractor in a dynamic, evolving environment - Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.) is a plus This is an exceptional opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-visibility role where your contributions will directly influence revenue growth and operational efficiency.
