📍 Location: Urbandale, IA & Manassas, VA (Onsite 3 days/week)

We are actively looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer to join our dynamic team! If you're a seasoned developer with strong experience in Guidewire platforms and a passion for mentoring and leading development efforts, we want to hear from you.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Review and analyze software requirements
• Design architectural diagrams and technical documents
• Configure business rules, screens, and workflows
• Develop, deploy, and debug Guidewire PolicyCenter applications
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
✅ What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 9+ years of experience in Guidewire Application Development
• Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration
• Hands-on experience with GOSU Language, Guidewire tools, accelerators, batch processes, and plugins
• Guidewire Cloud Certification (must-have)
• 7+ years of experience with RESTful API development
• Proficient in Agile development tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence)
• Deep domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
• Programming experience in Java or Python
• Proficiency with SQL Server and relational databases
• Knowledge of modern web application design and REST/JSON Web APIs
• Experience with design thinking and customer-centric development
