HCL Commerce Developer (with Strong Java Experience) Remote Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications on HCL commerce 9.1+. • Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Perform data analysis to support development and business decisions. • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices. Requirements: • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher). • 3+ years of HCL commerce experience • Strong expertise in SQL (preferably Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). • Solid understanding of database design, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization. • Good knowledge of software development methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git). • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Experience working with large datasets and understanding of data models. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus. • Elastic search knowledge is a plus
