Job Title: HSE Analyst IV
Duration: 6+ Months
Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Summary:
This role supports the day-to-day functions of the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) at a site level. The position ensures environmental permit compliance, manages safety programs, and supports the site’s environmental and safety objectives. This includes emissions tracking, waste management, risk reduction efforts, regulatory compliance, and data reporting. The HSE Specialist will also assist in audits, data analysis, incident investigations, and administrative support for the broader HSE team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and upkeep of site HSEMS and risk control measures.
• Monitor and manage compliance with site-specific environmental and safety regulations (stormwater, air, waste, water).
• Conduct routine HSE inspections, sampling, labeling, and waste handling activities.
• Assist in internal/external audits and address basic audit findings.
• Maintain and report HSE KPIs at site, business unit (BU), and corporate levels.
• Support employee training programs, records management, and documentation updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and participate in corrective actions.
• Create and maintain HSE dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Manage HSE content on SharePoint, Teams pages, and calendars.
• Organize safety alerts, team meetings, and leadership presentations.
• Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and coordination of HSE workshops/events.
• Perform trend analysis and communicate insights to Accelera HSE leadership.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations and compliance strategies.
• Experience with risk assessment and incident investigation methods.
• Skilled in data analysis, trend reporting, and visualization (Power BI preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Client Learning Center or similar LMS platforms.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with training assignment and tracking systems.
• Knowledge of Client/Accelera reporting systems and HSE documentation practices.
• Knowledge of Annual Operating Budget preparation in an HSE context.
