Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to design,
implement, and manage scalable cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with container orchestration, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Cloud Expertise:
β’ 8-10 years of hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
β’ Strong understanding of cloud networking, security groups, and load balancing.
Kubernetes & EKS:
β’ Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, components, and operations.
β’ Experience deploying and managing EKS clusters in production environments.
DevOps & Automation:
β’ Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
β’ Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration.
Monitoring & Logging:
β’ Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, ELK, and AWS CloudWatch.
Programming & Scripting: Mandatory
β’ Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) for automation and tooling.
β’ AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
β’ Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
β’ Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
β’ Familiarity with Helm charts and Kubernetes Operators.
