Role description
We have a 15 month contract, opportunity to hire, for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with at least 1+ year of SQL experience, a strong foundation in ETL processes, and a passion for solving complex data problems. They have experience building and optimizing data pipelines using Snowflake, Teradata, and cloud-based tools, as well as ensuring data quality and integrity across diverse data sets. With excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, this individual thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and delivers results with minimal supervision. Healthcare data experience and familiarity with Talend/Informatica ETL tools are highly preferred. 100% Remote. β€’ MUST HAVES:1+ Years of SQL experience β€’ Excellent Analytical skills with sound SQL and ETL knowledge β€’ Problem solving nature with Data experience preferably in HealthCare β€’ Owning and delivering the tasks with minimal help β€’ NICE TO HAVES:Talend/Informatia ETL or Datawarehouse background or Snowflake/Teradata with Cloud tools.. β€’ Disqualifiers:Missing level of SQL required. β€’ About the Role:Help our customers and vendors with appropriate data needs to server our members effectively. β€’ DnA Business Unit for Various one List initiatives. β€’ These Data Engineers will support critical initiatives, including the Data Super Friends program, the NC Merger, the CA MOU, and other One List priorities. These efforts require dedicated capacity to ensure timely delivery, reduce risks, and maintain the quality of our data integration and platform support. Expanding the team will enable us to meet growing business demands and position us for long-term success β€’ DnA DataExchange team is a group of 17 great team members with the service mindset to help our members and providers DnA Business Unit for Various one List initiatives β€’ Responsibilities:Manager will be meeting with employee for first few weeks to make comfortable and then monitor the work week-to-week basis β€’ Understand data extract requirements from the data analysts β€’ Build ETL processes Snowflake and Teradata to achieve the desired result β€’ Analyze the data set requested for and report any data quality or observations with the third-party entity and internal team β€’ Write complex SQLs to analyze data sets for various standard extracts β€’ Understand complex data mappings to find issues and help developers to fix the same β€’ Performance measure: should be able to handle active projects and multiple priorities. β€’ Unique: opportunity to support critical initiatives Job Description: Develops and operationalizes data pipelines to make data available for consumption (reports and advanced analytics). This includes data ingestion, data transformation, data validation/quality, data pipeline optimization, orchestration, and engaging with DevSecOps Engineer during continuous integration and continuous deployment. Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 0 – 2 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
