Healthcare Data Engineer- ETL- SQL

We have a 15 month contract, opportunity to hire, for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with at least 1+ year of SQL experience, a strong foundation in ETL processes, and a passion for solving complex data problems. They have experience building and optimizing data pipelines using Snowflake, Teradata, and cloud-based tools, as well as ensuring data quality and integrity across diverse data sets. With excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, this individual thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and delivers results with minimal supervision. Expanding the team will enable us to meet growing business demands and position us for long-term success • DnA DataExchange team is a group of 17 great team members with the service mindset to help our members and providers DnA Business Unit for Various one List initiatives • Responsibilities:Manager will be meeting with employee for first few weeks to make comfortable and then monitor the work week-to-week basis • Understand data extract requirements from the data analysts • Build ETL processes Snowflake and Teradata to achieve the desired result • Analyze the data set requested for and report any data quality or observations with the third-party entity and internal team • Write complex SQLs to analyze data sets for various standard extracts • Understand complex data mappings to find issues and help developers to fix the same • Performance measure: should be able to handle active projects and multiple priorities. • Unique: opportunity to support critical initiatives Job Description: Develops and operationalizes data pipelines to make data available for consumption (reports and advanced analytics). This includes data ingestion, data transformation, data validation/quality, data pipeline optimization, orchestration, and engaging with DevSecOps Engineer during continuous integration and continuous deployment. Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 0 – 2 years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. Or completion of a internally sponsored emerging talent program. Technical Skills: One or more of the following skills are desired.
