Healthcare DevOps Engineer - Fully Remote - Contract-to-hire

We're working with a growing healthcare organization in the primary care and health plan space. They're consolidating legacy infrastructure into a modern, unified data platform and need a more senior DevOps Engineer to help make it happen. The role is Azure-focused with a strong emphasis on Databricks. You'll own infrastructure reliability, cost optimization, and platform scalability — including immediate work right-sizing environments and reducing waste, plus longer-term evolution of the data stack. You'll work closely with data engineering and product leadership, so this isn't a siloed ops role — your decisions directly shape how the platform grows. The right person has strong hands-on Azure experience including VMs, networking, security, and cost management, and is comfortable supporting Databricks in production. Healthcare or regulated industry background is a plus. This is a contract engagement with real impact, not staff augmentation.
