BEPC has an open position for a HFM Developer Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days onsite MANDATORY) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Pay Rate: $70.00 - $72.46 Per hour based on experience (Paid Weekly) Term: 4-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance Shift: 1st shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mon – Fri Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / 5–6 years of experience and strong expertise in Oracle HFM, custom rule development, and HFR reporting. β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ NO CORP-TO-CORP CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ Job Description: Seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Systems Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the CPO Financial Reporting Development team. This role will collaborate with diverse business groups and IT partners to design, develop, and enhance Financial Reporting and Analytics solutions leveraging Oracle HEPM (HFM). The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience and strong expertise in Oracle HFM, custom rule development, and HFR reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Systems Subject Matter Expertise Serve as SME for Oracle HEPM HFM applications. Develop, enhance, and maintain HFM applications, metadata, and tools. Write and maintain custom HFM rules. Create and edit HFR reports and HFS files. Manage metadata including accounts, entities, and dimensions. Utilize SmartView for ad-hoc financial analysis. Create and evaluate technical business cases and system integration designs. Document business processes (β€œas-is” and β€œto-be”). Partner with business stakeholders to define financial data and reporting requirements. Support user community through troubleshooting, reporting development, and training. Ensure proper transition of enhancements into production following change management procedures. Financial Reporting & Compliance Support Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual system enhancements. Assist with SOX & ITGC compliance and audit support. Maintain and develop SOX & ITGC controls for financial consolidation and reporting systems. Facilitate business process design/redesign sessions. Improve Excel-based financial processes and internal controls. Technology & Integration Develop integration patterns including OAuth2.0 grant types (Authorization Code with PKCE, Client Credentials). Implement access token validation, scopes, and claims-based controls. Design RBAC/ABAC entitlement models for granular access control. Deliver documentation, SDKs, and internal training. Mentor engineers and promote API development best practices. Contribute to enterprise architecture standards and technology innovation initiatives. Qualifications (Must Have): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HFM. Strong experience in: HFM Rule Development HFR Reporting Studio SmartView HEPM applications Experience with FDMEE, DRM, and batch scripting. Intermediate SQL skills. Experience with reporting and analytics tools (HFR, SmartView, Data Visualizer). Agile methodology experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Master’s degree in a related field. Familiarity with Intercompany Elimination and SAP Code Blocks. Experience with SSO/MFA integrations across multiple AD domains. Working knowledge of deployment and connector server configuration. Work Environment: Hybrid role (3 days onsite per week in Plano, TX).
