• Clean, sanitize, standardize, and transform raw or inconsistent datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations from scratch.
• Develop clear, accurate, and executive-ready reporting to support business decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring further investigation.
• Track and report on key people and workforce metrics, which may include headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting activity, time-to-fill, compensation, and other business metrics.
• Translate data into clear narratives and actionable insights for HR, Recruiting, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop recurring reporting packages for monthly, quarterly, and other business reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and determine the most meaningful metrics and visualizations.
• Validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Support data preparation and standardization efforts related to Firefly's transition toward Workday.
• Work independently while managing multiple data and reporting requests.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in HR data analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large, complex, or inconsistent datasets.
• Demonstrated experience cleaning, sanitizing, transforming, and organizing raw data for reporting and visualization.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate the story behind the numbers to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive-ready dashboards, reports, or presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with HR, workforce, recruiting, or people-related data.
• Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or other complex operational environment.
• Experience with Workday or another HRIS/ERP system.
• Experience supporting data migration, system implementation, or data standardization initiatives.
