Need HR Data analyst with strong Oracle EBS experience, they will not be required to design any application so don’t need Oracle EBS HR resources.
Overview:
We are seeking 3 HR Data Analysts for a 6-month contract to support a major identity and HR transformation programme. The role focuses on data validation and cleansing for a move from Oracle EBS (BORIS) to Oracle Fusion, supporting both HR and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cleanse and validate large HR, IT, and Payroll data sets
• Identify and fix data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Update validated data in the Oracle EBS (BORIS) system
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and project stakeholders
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance standards
• Report on KPIs and project progress
Required Skills:
• Strong data analysis experience (preferably in HR/IT projects)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (HR data handling)
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
