Job Title: HR Data Analyst - Workforce Planning
Location: San Antonio, TX (hybrid onsite)
Job Type: 6 month contract (potential to extend/convert)
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Workforce Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to workforce demographics, turnover rates, and hiring trends.
β’ Predictive Modeling: Use predictive analytics to forecast future workforce requirements and identify potential gaps.
β’ Scenario Planning: Develop and evaluate different workforce scenarios to prepare for various business conditions.
β’ Reporting and Visualization: Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards using Vemo to present workforce planning metrics clearly.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals.
β’ Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data and comply with data privacy regulations.
β’ Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve workforce planning strategies and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in HR data analysis and workforce planning.
β’ Proficiency in using Vemo and other HR analytics tools.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
