Overview
A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to support and evolve its HR technology and reporting capabilities. This role is integral to driving data-led HR initiatives and enhancing system functionality within a forward-thinking organisation that values flexibility and development.
Role & Responsibilities
β’ Maintain and optimise the firmβs HR system (Dayforce), implementing improvements and managing system changes
β’ Lead HR systems integration and configuration projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
β’ Deliver timely and accurate HR data reporting and analytics, including monthly dashboards and executive reports
β’ Support HR team with ad-hoc reports, system training, and process documentation
β’ Conduct data cleansing and auditing to ensure integrity across HR systems
β’ Lead the annual salary and bonus review process in collaboration with Finance
β’ Produce D&I reports including gender and ethnicity pay gap analyses
β’ Continuously identify and implement improvements to HR systems and processes
β’ Manage and develop the HR Systems and Data Analyst
β’ Represent the team at systems and data events, staying current with reporting trends
Key Requirements
β’ Proven experience in a similar HR systems and reporting role
β’ Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
β’ Comfortable with translating complex data into accessible formats for diverse audiences
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
β’ Organised and able to manage multiple projects under pressure
β’ High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
Desirable:
β’ Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Crystal Reports)
β’ Familiarity with SQL reporting and data migration
β’ Previous involvement in HR system upgrades and user training
